I did not receive my confirmation email

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after signing up for a race. The email will come from offi[e-mail]. Be sure to check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. 

You can also log into your user account at https://my.maxfunregister.com and download the confirmation again. 

If you did not receive your email and are having trouble logging into your account, please email [e-mail] to request a new confirmation email. Please include the name, email address, and race location/distance that you signed up for.
